"From the start Jamie made a good impression. This tree removal was a dangerous job but Jamie and Saff took it down safely and efficiently with zero damage to my or my neighbour's property."
The Valley Town's mature canopy, Spencer Creek ravines and heritage streets — and the strictest tree by-law in Hamilton.
Dundas — the Valley Town — has one of the most mature and densely canopied landscapes in the Hamilton area. Victorian-era homes, escarpment properties, Spencer Creek ravine lots and century maples make Dundas some of the most interesting and technically demanding tree work we do. It also has the most protective tree by-law in the city, which catches out homeowners who assume Hamilton's rules apply. If you have a tree on a steep lot, next to a heritage structure, or in a tight Old Village laneway, this is work we know well.
Dundas is the most demanding terrain we work in. Spencer Creek ravines drop steeply behind heritage properties, and the escarpment edge means some rear yards simply cannot be reached by wheeled equipment at all — those trees are climbed and rigged out piece by piece. Old Village streets are narrow, with mature trees growing hard against Victorian brick. We have completed complex removals in the valley, on the escarpment and in the heritage core.

Neighbourhoods we serve: Old Dundas Village, Cross-Melville heritage area, Pleasant Valley, Governor's Road, Thornton, Cootes Paradise edge, Dundas Valley Conservation Area borders

"Trimming is as much an art form as it is a technical exercise, and this company nailed it! If you do care you really have to hire Timber Creek."
